For Vendors

The dental industry's most curated network of practices.

A verified list of practice owners and specialists, not a cold database. Introductions arrive from someone the practice already trusts, which is access you do not get on your own.

For Vendors

Getting listed is simple.

  1. 01

    Apply and get verified

Every vendor is vetted before listing. We look at your offering, your positioning, and whether you fit the way this network works.

  2. 02

    Set your terms

Tell us how you want to work with ambassadors and what a qualified introduction is worth to you. You decide — we do not set the rate.

  3. 03

    Get introduced

Ambassadors bring you practices from inside the network, and you request introductions from the console yourself. We handle the introductions, the tracking and the accountability. You close.

Why Choose Us

Harder to get into than the Ivy League.

Nobody gets listed by filling in a form. Vendors are turned down on fit, on saturation, or for not being forward-facing enough — and the ones who get through are the ones we would put in our own practice.

Unique positioning
A clear reason to exist, and a reason it is this company rather than the four others doing something adjacent.
A compelling story
Why it was built, by someone who can tell you. Ideally we are talking to the founder.
Meaningful impact on ownership
Something that changes what it is like to own and run a practice, not a feature that changes a screen.
An operational enhancement
Work that makes an office run better. If it adds overhead, it is not a fit however good the technology is.
Experienced or emerging
Both get in. Emerging technology gets the closer look, because that is where the fund's deal flow points us first.
Sentiment we can verify
We measure sentiment from our community pilot testers before we admit anyone — or we have known them for the better part of a generation, since we came out of the dental supply world.

The Collective

Every vendor a practice actually needs.

One flat list. If a company sells into dentistry and clears the bar, it belongs to one of these.

  • Software
  • Diagnostics
  • Labs
  • Supplies
  • Consulting
  • Events
  • Revenue Cycle Management
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Training & Development
  • Mastermind Groups
  • Payments and Processing
  • Wealth Planning
  • Insurances
  • M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)
  • GPO

The Network

Part of something larger.

DDS Vendors sits inside the DDS Collective, alongside Recruit and Matchmaker. Separate logins, not one account — what is shared is the events we run together and the people who move between them.

Built for dentistry

Dentistry is small. Be vouched for.
